Hello everyone and welcome to the Real Life Gathering at the Answers in Genesis Creation Museum, located in Kentucky.  Originally we were going to stay in Lawrenceburg Indiana, home of the Argosy riverboat casino.  It is only a few miles from the museum.  But the hotel prices were a bit expensive for what we were looking for.  So I have searched out an area on the other side of the airport about 20 minutes away.  That is not bad considering the hotel rooms were about $45 cheaper a night.  In any case, this is why I changed the hotel location.  For those of you still interested in the riverboat, it is not far away.  So lets get started with the all the information you will need.

It is reasonable as we have a pool, breakfast and high speed internet in the rooms.  I think this is what everyone was looking for.  The price was $72, a lot cheaper then the $120 rate in Lawrenceburg.  Of course feel free to stay wherever you like as there are a lot of choices.  Online reservations can be made at:  http://www.bestwestern.com

We will all meet at the Answers in Genesis Creation Museum  http://www.answersingenesis.org/museum/ at 9:30 am.  Try not to be 1 1/2 hours late like last year... this goes out to you slackers..and you know who you are.

Here are the directions:  http://www.answersingenesis.org/feedback/directions_aigus.aspx   I drove down to check it out and one thing I noticed is that there are two Bullittsburg Church Rds.  They are close to each other.  So you will have to make sure and get the right one. 

The time will be subject to change as the museum is not open yet.  But it is suppose to take a long time to go through if you watch stuff and read the displays.  So we will see how it goes.

We will probably eat together and have a meeting time for dinner or something.  I am assuming some people will want to see a lot and some people not so much.

Probably wake up late for lack of sleep and say goodbyes to people.  Although I might stay a little while longer since I do not have so far to drive home this time.

There are so many activities in the area of Cincinnati.  So if you are planning an extended stay or want to browse around, there is plenty to do.
