Here is one very old and scarce Miamisburg, Ohio $3 Note This bank
issued paper money is dated 1839 and has original signatures of bank Cashier &
President, and was issued to D. Bates. The note is guaranteed genuine as listed
and pictured in the 1988 "Standard Catalog of U.S. Obsolete Bank Notes", page
1980, OH-295, G6. Rawdon, Wright & Hatch of NY were the engravers. According to
my reference book "Washington Bank "Assumed banking privileges illegally" and
only lasted from 1839 to 1841 before failing.
Here is one very old and rare Miamisburg, Ohio $5 Note This original issue
paper money is dated October, 1839, numbered 370, has original signatures of
bank Cashier & President, and is guaranteed genuine. This particular note is an
early issue for this company since they were started in 1839. The company ,
which apparently illegally assumed banking privileges, was short lived, lasting
only till 1841. I believe this is one of the earliest notes for this company and
is quite rare.
   
Here is one very old and scarce Miamisburg, Ohio $1 Note This bank issued
paper money is dated 1840, numbered 818, has original signatures of bank Cashier
& President, and was originally issued to "Sam Mays". Apparently this bank
assumed banking privileges illegally. The note is guaranteed genuine as listed
and pictured in the "Standard Catalog of U.S. Obsolete Bank Notes", page 1980,
OH-295, G2.

paper money is dated 1840 and has original signatures of bank Cashier &
President. The note is guaranteed genuine as listed and pictured in the 1988
"Standard Catalog of U.S. Obsolete Bank Notes", page 1980, OH-295, G4. Woodruff
and Hammond of Cincinnati were the engravers. According to my reference book
"Washington Bank "Assumed banking privileges illegally" and only lasted from
1839 to 1841 before failing.
