The qualifications for this award include:

The honoree must be a living MHS GRADUATE and be able to attend the Alumni Dinner/Dance.

The honoree must have contributed towards the betterment of the Miamisburg community and/or schools. They may have provided extensive volunteer and/or charity work.

No individual shall be eligible to receive this award more than once.

In order to nominate a potential candidate, you must submit a letter -- double-spaced and not to exceed two pages in length -- describing the reasons you believe your candidate is deserving of this award.

In order for your candidate to be considered, your letter must be received by the Executive Secretary of the Miamisburg High School Alumni Association no later than March 1 of the year you expect your candidate to be honored.
