Miamisburg Art Guild Information

The Miamisburg Art Guild that was formed in 1966, by the late Gene Woods. Gene was an art teacher in Miamisburg.

He and his students started the Miamisburg Art Guild / Gallery.

We are a nonprofit group that was chartered at that time. Patsy Weidner, Doris Harting and Dorothy Petersen are

the only original chartered members left (2011).

You have to be a paid exhibiting member to show and sell your paintings.

The cost of an exhibiting member annually is $35.

You don't have to be an Artist to enjoy the Miamisburg Art Guild / Gallery. We provide art lessons for adults and youths. On Wednesday mornings (10:00 am to 12:00 pm) you can paint with a group of adult artist (for a small fee).

We have several other Types of Memberships (paid annually), besides an Exhibiting member membership.
Associate Membership---------------------------------- $15 per year
Associate Family-----------------------------------------$20 per year.
Sustaining--Individual or Business/Organization------------------------$21.00 - $99.00 per year.
Patron - Individual or Business/Organization-------------------$100.00 per year.
Life -- (paid once) --------------------------------$500.

The rights of these and Exhibiting Memberships include:

Invitations to all Guild functions.
Receive Guild Newsletter (when published)
Reduced rental fees for gallery and studio rent for private parties/exhibits.
Free studio work time on Sundays when arranged with the Board.
Exhibiting members may exhibit in all Guild exhibits, inside and outside of the gallery.
Assist in Committee Projects.
